You can use your card everywhere you see the Discover acceptance mark or the Diners Club International acceptance mark.

Use your card everywhere Diners cards are accepted in the following countries:

If a decal displaying the Discover acceptance mark is not visible, you may still present your card for payment if the merchant accepts cards. Some merchants (primarily hotels) don't always display acceptance decals.

Where can I obtain a cash advance in Europe?

Cash advances using your card are available at ATMs where you see the Discover acceptance mark or the Diners Club International acceptance mark.
